Adhesive cartridges and application guns

Group: Forum Members Posts: 2.5K, Visits: 28K	Hey all, Just a quick one regarding epoxy adhesives in cartridges and their applicator guns: Is there anything stopping me from NOT using the static mixer nozzles? So just using the cartridge and discharging a small amount, then mixing it and applying it myself?

Group: Forum Members Posts: 2.5K, Visits: 28K	Yes the nozzles work very well, but I need to dispense it onto a piece of plastic so that I can mix some pigment in before applying it, so I would end up applying it with a brush anyway. Big waste of an expensive mixer to do it that way.
