I´m trying to replicate a wing but i´m having hard times figuring how can i do the seams of the top and bottom part so i can have a good cosmetic finish.

What are you using to make the flanges?
When I did the mould for my wing I used sign board. I used a piece 150mm bigger than the wing. Placed the wing centrally on the sign board, drew around it and then cut out the shape of the wing from the middle.
If you cut the hole slightly undersize you can make it a tight fit over the wing. Push the sign board over the wing and position it where you want the split line. It will hold itself in place if you get the fit right. You can bend the sign board to follow the curve of the end sections. A few blobs of hot melt glue here and there, fill any gaps with filleting wax and job done.

I think the OP is asking how to bond the two halves rather than how to flange the mould (OP??)

When I made my wing I moulded as Warren described (although I used hardboard and plasticine as I'm tight!).  When it came to joining the halves I put the trimmed moulding back into the mould and clamped the two haves together.  Obviously there's no space for bonding agent on a thin moulding.  I then taped a weight to a length of carbon tape and dropped it down through the moulding.  I wetted the tape out with a small brush (bend the head over 90 deg) taped to a length of dowel.  6 layers of tape on mine and its strong as an ox.  There may be very small voids on the seam front that you need to fill with resin.  Once the front has cured I wedged the rear seam open by a few mm and squirted in some structural adhesive before closing it up and clamping it.  Its fiddly and a real PITA of a job to do!

Oooops. Reading the original post again I think you may be right FLD.

I do very similar to you except I use 3mm Soric in the lay-up around the split line on the leading edge. When trimmed this gives a 4mm wide edge to bond the two halves together. So don't need the tape along the join.

Having made my 2 part mould I made the 2 sides.



Trimmed them back to the top edge of the mould.





Put them back into the mould and bonded with PT326 adhesive. Which after rubbing down looked like this.



I then painted over with GC50.



Then sanded down an and polished to this.



I may have over trimmed the 2 sides so that the joint is too thick but it still looks OK.
There may be a better way but this worked for me.
