I´m trying to replicate a wing but i´m having hard times figuring how can i do the seams of the top and bottom part so i can have a good cosmetic finish.

Warren agrees with Warren.  Keep it simple like warren's suggestion and you will likely encounter less problems and have less to go wrong.
