Group: Forum Members Posts: 61, Visits: 380	Hi guys, I've made a design for a front lip for my car (on paper), and would like to make an actual part from carbon fiber, but I haven't got a clue how to start. How does one go about that? Where do I start? Do I hand make it from a piece of foam? If so what foam. After that, how do I make it from carbon fiber? Any help is appreciated!

Any help is appreciated! hi, it is not so, easy the best way to explain it is to show videos because with words it's almost impossible, you have to watch some videos and then you may use some ideas to create your own part. There is new easy composites video about making patterns, watch it. Then do the searching on yt and find videos about moulding fiber glass front bumber in one piece. I would send you some links but I am on my tablet now and it would quiet hard to copy&paste I will post links later today or tomorrow noon.
