it is not so, easy the best way to explain it is to show videos because with words it's almost impossible, you have to watch some videos and then you may use some ideas to create your own part. There is new easy composites video about making patterns, watch it. Then do the searching on yt and find videos about moulding fiber glass front bumber in one piece.
