Hi

We had purchased this pump off you less than 6 months ago. This morning we witnessed oil leaking through the pump and vacuum hoses onto the through-bag connectors. There is also oil leaking off the glass around the oil level indicator on the pump. Could you advise me what can be done in order to get it reapired at the earliest opportunity. Does Easy COmposites have a provision for repairing pumps? This has now stopped production and therefore demand s immediate attention.

Many thanks

Mohammed

Im going to guess you turned the pump off and left it connected to the bag?

You should close the valve on the pump when you have finished the vacuum process, have a look at the tutorial videos made by EC regarding infusion. As long as you have not run the pump dry top up the oil (with the correct grade) and all should be OK.
