In most cases the customer returning the goods themselves (and us refunding the shipping) is simplest for both sides and often cheaper than arranging a courier pickup.
However, there are sometimes exceptions where its difficult for the customer to organise a return themselves, such as your case, where courier option is the best way.
Ultimately we want our customers to be happy and we aim to solve problems on the rare occasions when they do go wrong, such as the manufacturing defect on the ProFinish fabric you recieved.
