Not sure who I just spoke to on the phone (sat 31st) about some profinish that was faulty...again but the service was TOP NOTCH!  He's arranged replacement of the material and pick up of the old material.  Perfect!  Exactly what I needed.  Give this guy a raise.

 I've spoken to two other people about this issue and had to sort shipping myself.  Working 8-6 this was a real ball ache.  I was raging! (sorry).

Whilst I'd have thought this was rare, it'd be good to have a reliable consistent service, especially if its all like what I've just received today on the phone.  Hopefully highlighting this will help prevent any future issues.

In most cases the customer returning the goods themselves (and us refunding the shipping) is simplest for both sides and often cheaper than arranging a courier pickup.

However, there are sometimes exceptions where its difficult for the customer to organise a return themselves, such as your case, where courier option is the best way.

Ultimately we want our customers to be happy and we aim to solve problems on the rare occasions when they do go wrong, such as the manufacturing defect on the ProFinish fabric you recieved.
