Group: Administrators Posts: 2.5K, Visits: 8.5K	Most tubes like that are made by a roll wrapping technique around a metal mandrel using pre-preg carbon fibres, often Uni-directional pre-pregs at different orientations. You can do it wet lay then consolidate with a Composites High Shrink Tape before letting it cure. However for small diameter fishing poles, this will be painfully fiddly!
