Just a "stupid" question sorry...When is the best moment to apply vacuum when vacuum bagging? Anytime before the epoxy resin starts to gel? Thanks Smile

You ideally want to apply the vacuum as quickly as possible upon finishing the laminate and making sure the consumables are placed and setup correctly. It the resin starts to gel then you run the risk of the laminate not being consolidated properly.
