I'm assuming that it's 2 halves that join at the front rather than the 1 piece? Hi Chris This was plain wet lay and vac bag and no gel coat and yes it will bbe made from 3 sections, the bike its being fitted to is a class winner and had four wins out of four races at the weekend and so reduced weight is our priority. It will have to be painted ( with a light coat) as classic bikes can not race with visible carbon. Chris

Hi Chris Yes i have already made the top section in carbon , 160 grams i have another four weeks before the first meeting, i am sponsoring a rider this year by supplying a bike plus fuel etc and of course i look after the bike, it revs to 16,000 so the crank re builds will keep me busy. The bike is very lite as i have used Titanium fasteners, had an alloy radiator made and i use narrow section tyres, the carbon will take it to the next level and i will also fit a Li Po battery instead of lead acid.
