Uni mould is good but exPensive for one off's

With my polyester moulds, I leave them for a week befor eyeing and then a couple of coats of easy lease and a couple of coats of wax and they normally release fine, sometimes need to do a little bit of repair to the gel coat but nothing major

Uni-Mould then Easy Lease. All my work is Infusion and after 5/6 applications of Easy Lease on a new mould I can get 8/9 pulls from the mould before I have to re apply the Easy Lease.

I use polyester gel coat, and also epoxy gel coat. I do piece with hand layup with polyester resin and with resin infusion and RTML with epoxy resin. I used wax, but now I'm using easy release and it works great, with polyester and with epoxy resin

I use the Uni mold system and easy lease (spelling) with no issues even with a complex shape, i am not tempted to use anything else.

quick question for you guys. What resin/gelcoat system are you using on your made of polyester gelcoat? i have made a mold for a mirror part using polyester system but the problem i'm having is that i'm using epoxy for the infusion and my part always get stuck on the mold no matter how much i wax the mold. with the last part i puller from the same mold i applied pva and again there was a bit if sticking but the finishing on the part was not that great

what are you using for ur release system maybe if you could outline the product and the steps it will be really great.

thanks in advance.
