I did the infusion of a canoe seat, but I'm not so happy with the finish of the part. I was wondering why I have a white shine on the surface? The lay-up was 3 layers of 550 gr. flax fabric and I did a slow infusion without an infusion mesh?
I've put the part a few hours under vacuum to reduce the moisture in the fabric.

The fabric looks quite dry so maybe you need more resin or a bit of help with the resin flow? The 550g is quite a chunky fabric so will use a fair bit of resin when infused.
