All pre-preg products should be supplied with an in depth curing time depending on temperature.
It is also fairly critical that the ramp rate and any dwells are correct, I will explain further:
Ramp rates: A recommended ramp aret should be supplied as per the spec of the resin system used, it is usually between 0.3C and 2C temp ramp per minute until desired cure temp is reached. This allows the resin to flow properly and always keeps the gelling of the resin one step ahead of the tg1.
Dwells: A dwell is put into a oven programme in order to allow the laminate stack (all the way through) and the mould to all get up to the same temperature before the full cure cycle is initiated.

If you look on the product page it says 80 degrees for 4 hours or 150 degrees for 4 minutes.
That should give you an idea.

I have bought some Vari preg 200g pre preg carbon fibre. Can anyone tell me what curing time is at 90 degrees and 100 degrees or maybe a formula or graph would be very helpful.
