Highest outright I've seen is Sicomin SR1720/SD7840 with a service temperature of 200° C. That's obviously following a post cure, not a room temperature cure, as will be the case for all resins.

How big is the part you're making? I've had success infusing regular high temperature laminating epoxy (which is just about the consistency of honey at room temperature) by pre-heating it to 50° C before mixing. I wouldn't try anything too large with it though, the stuff I use has a pot-life at 25° of 90 minutes, and when heated to 50° that drops the pot-life down to about 15 minutes and it kicks extremely quickly if it sits in the pot not infusing quick enough. Mixing in batches means you can extend it a bit, but even the thin film in the part will gel pretty quickly so it would be pretty limited to parts under 1sqm.
