HI,
anyone infusing polyester?
If so, what vacuum level do you keep to avoid solvent outgassing?
Do you need to protect your pump from styrene or mekp vapors?
Any other hints?

Use a polyester infusion resin an it should infuse the same as an epoxy.

Thanks, just bought it last week from Ec. But I have heard about problem with high vacuum due to styrene and mekp becoming gas? What about the pump mechanisms? No problem with the solvents?

I've never had an issue, I always wonder if those comments come from people trying to infuse with a non-infusion polyester or vinyl ester. I infuse with mine just as I would infuse with an epoxy and....
