First infusion, need advice

Hello,
I made my first mould (very far from being good but ok for experience) and now I would like to try infusion.
Can you experts give me advice on where to place inlet and outlet?
Would you use a spiral for the inlet or just the silicon connector?
The mold dimensions are 1 meter x 40 centimers
I will use epoxy infusion resin from Easy Composites, slow hardener.

I suggest to do infusion trials on flat glass to learn infusion first. Then you can apply to your part with much greater success. Very good vacuum integrity is key to a successful infusion

Hi, thank you, I already did some flat panels and I have been able to maintain a stable vacuum.
For this part I will make many pleats and of course I will test the vacuum before any resin is allowed to flow.
I just wonder if it would be better to have a spiral running along the long edge as the resin inlet and the vacuum outlet at the short edge , or,  given the non so big dimensions, it would be enough to have just the resin inlet and vacuum outlet at the opposite sides of the long edges.
What do you think?

If it was me I would probably go from one side to the other (short distance). You can go in the middle but you need to float your resin line off the part so you dont print the part. End your mesh 20mm short off your laminate. Have a peel ply break of 100mm. 0mbar leak in 5 minutes and you will likely have a good infusion if you already validated your material/process via flat panel infusion.
