Cure time will totally depend on the specific resin you are using, so check your resin systems TDS.
You dont want to go too cold with any resin, but especially infusion resin. Temperature has a massive effect on the resins viscosity, so if it is too cold the resin will be too thick to infuse properly. You can increase your pot life by lowering the temperature a bit, but generally you would only do this if your ambient temperatures are quite high and you are trying to get the temperature back down to a good working temperature. Realistically, this is above 18°. 18-25° Celcius is ideal working temperature for ambient cure resins. If your ambient temperature was 35°C+, you would probably want to cool the working area down a bit or wait for cooler conditions. If it is below 18°, you will want to warm the area or the resin.
