I'm going to use Aluminum honeycomb with density 83 kg/m^3
But i want to run a simulation for my project to make sure that it's being suitable for my project
So i want to know the fully properties of the material like (Young's modulus in x,y and z - poisson's ratio in xy,yz,xz  - shear modulus in xy,yz,xz -tensile stress and strain in x,y,z -compressive stress and strain in x,y,z - shear stress and strain in xy,yz,xz)
to enter it in ansys to run the simulation
thanks

All the mechanical data we have available is on the technical datasheet which can be downloaded from the product page here: 6.4mm (1/4") Aluminium Honeycomb

Hi
I need to know the poisson's ratio and strength limits for Aluminum honeycomb
They are missing in the datasheet
Or how to get them?!

If you think about what the poisson's ratio really means, you will realise, that this is not a concept wich can be applied to a honeycomb structure. Therefore you will not find any data. If at all, it should be set to 0. A honeycombb structure does not expand or contract significantly orthogonal to the applied force.
Simulation of frp and especially sandwich structures is a difficult task wich require experienced engineers and special programs.

As oekmont says, that data is not available as it hasn't (and cannot) be measured in the context you are asking for.
