Thanks for the reply.

How about some of that white plastic corner trim for showers etc, cover it in mould wax and clamp it on?

Often people will use what is called a intensifier. Or caul plate. Basically what it is is a firm shape that you put in the bag that has the same shape as the corner you are having trouble with. Usually siicone works because it will not stick to epoxy. When you draw a vacuum in the bag the intensifier will push and hold the fabric tight into the corner. Some will clamp the intensifier outside of the bag to do the same thing. It does not interfere with the infusion process.

You said you are doing wet layup without vacuum bagging I assume. So what you can do is use kitchen plastic wrap and drape it over the problem area (after wetout) and lightly clamp a shape over it to push the fabric into the corner. (most kitchen wrap will not stick to polyester not sure about epoxy, Use some vacuum bag material?)

I'm making a pair of front wings for a car with 300g Kevlar.

There is one section with a 90 degree bend right, a piece 25-30mm and then a 90 degree bend left

but I cant get the Kevlar to sit tight on the corners no matter how much I wet it out but when it is half dry/set

I can mould it into shape pretty good.

Any advice please? I am doing hand lay up.
