For.me it look like PVA not sticking there.

Yeh it's contaminated by the wax residue. Could be cleaner, but it's really very difficult to clean properly around the wax. This is why it's best to spray PVA. You can apply the first few coats as....

I Will remove everything,I was applying with cloth but will have to use sponge as cloth give poor finish.Now I know how it should look like. I have that kind of gun .Is that will be any good to use?

Yes, you can use that gun. Just be sure to test it before you spray it on your part. The viscosity of the PVA has some effect on the spray of these guns, do some testing on a cardboard before sprayin...
