For.me it look like PVA not sticking there.
It will come out on the surface of the part facing this side, also from the pictures I'm not sure the PVA is on the whole surface.
I would remove it and apply it again.
How are you applying the PVA? As Hanaldo said, spraying is a nice option for a uniform application, but it's also possible to apply it nicely with a brush or a sponge, although the surface will not be as smooth as spraying it.
I Will remove everything,I was applying with cloth but will have to use sponge as cloth give poor finish.Now I know how it should look like. I have that kind of gun .Is that will be any good to use?
Yes, you can use that gun. Just be sure to test it before you spray it on your part. The viscosity of the PVA has some effect on the spray of these guns, do some testing on a cardboard before spraying it to your mold, check if it will cover the surface of the cardboard in a uniform way, adjust the amount of PVA that comes out with the air spray, rotating the screw on the back of the gun.
