Hi all, my name is Steve and I work in the maintenance contracting industry using epoxy and polyurethane products to fix industrial tanks, process vessels, bunds, pipework, pumps etc using advanced repair techniques. See www.tlacc.co.uk

I am an ICorr level 1 coatings inspector.

When we have slack periods, we make resin tables and plaques - examples below

One of the main problems I have encountered making the tables and plaques is controlling the temperature of both the resin and work piece. I now have a solution to this problem – a heated table which can be thermostatically controlled to give me the perfect temperature. It only used 80w power too. Its 1.1m long by .6m wide.

I have made 2 of these and put them on ebay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/133321710501 - "Heated Table Top with level adjustment and thermostat".  with a full description if anyone is interested. Comments and feedback welcome.

Sounds like a good idea! Especially for cold workshops.
