New in this group. Skinning using vacuum technology.

Hi. My name is Alex and I am new in this. I would like to learn how to do skinning car parts and do some  parts from carbon fibre. I would like to start from skinning parts first. My quastion: 
1. What is best resin for skinning parts? Do I need black background for parts? ( original parts are silver) I have f30 bmw. And some interior parts are silver.
2.Can I use vacuum system to do skinning? If es what kind of materials I need and any advise for new person in this things.
Reason for skinning: all parts have some mounting clicks.

If you in the UK or such products can be shipped to you easily, then EC's XCR resin is good for skinning work. You'll only need to use the black base coat if you want to eliminate and chance of a non-black colour being visible through the weave of the carbon

For its stability, drapability and tight-woven look (akin to pre-preg) the 240g fabric that EC also sells is a good fabric choice

Vacuuming skinned parts is not essential and can result in crimping of the fabric if not done very carefully, although could help where consolidating the fabric around sharp return edges is tricky

If original parts have built-in mounting tabs etc. it might be possible to recreate something similar after producing a carbon copy, if you'd prefer to replicate them. You'd just then need to consider how best to attach any tabs afterwards.

Thank you for advise. I will check all items on you site. I am based in UK. 
I was planning to do all door handles and there many "clicks" which is quiet hard to replicate. 
All so some middle console. And would like to keep original high of the parts of you know what I mean.

Skinning will add thickness, that's just the nature of the process. So you will lose the original fitment to a degree, though for most this is acceptable.

Just beware of skinning plastic components from car interiors. In the UK it may not be too bad, but here in Aus where we have 40+ degree days quite frequently in summer, the interior of the car gets very hot. Not only does this affect the surface finish of the resin, but it also causes the plastic to expand quite substantially, creating stress between the plastic and the carbon. When the interior cools down again, the plastic shrinks back down to size while the carbon doesn't change size at all, creating more stresses. Depending on the type of plastic used, the bond between the carbon and plastic will be very poor, and these expansion and contraction stresses more often than not cause the carbon to delaminate from the plastic and appear as bubbles in the carbon. There isn't much you can do to combat this, so just be aware it may happen and ruin your parts.

Should I PUT CARBON FIBRE THAN RESIN AND THAN AERO GRADE NYLON PEEL PLY ON TOP? THAN USE VACUUM BAG? I SAW VIDEO WHERE THEY PUT PEEL PLY ON THE CARBON WITH RESIN? THIS IS MY PLAN. I SAW COME OUT WERY GOOD. I KNOW THIS IS DEFERENCE BETWEEN FULL VACUUM TECHNOLOGY AND WHAT I planning to do. 
To do skinning on original parts I have to do 3-4 layers Resin and sanding between. I want do do something different.
