Hi guys,
Pretty new to all these composites (my first one actually). Currently working on (see above in title). I'm wondering since the black basecoat does not mask away all the whiteness from the windshield, if a second layer basecoat is possible and or if necessary when wrapping a white piece. i've got 650gr carbon fiber.
if a second layer sould be needed, Can i use the same basecoat resin i mixed in the beginning for the second layer, or do i need to make new resin? (i've got some spare). also when do i put the second layer on there, when its tacky of within a shorter amount of time?
Thanks! Mitch
