I have a 3.8 meter foot canoe mold I will be infusing. Will be using Easy Composites infusion resin. Is there a basic formula for calculating the amount of resin needed? All my cloth is approx. 70 grams/meter. I plan to mix some S-2 fiberglass glass with kevlar and carbon.

I haven seen recommendations to use 50/50 resin/reinforcement and 40/60 resin/reinforcement. I will be using infusion mesh.

What to you recommend?

One final question.

Since this canoe has a large surface area, how far apart should I space my resin lines to speed up the process?
