Hi people, just joined in. Recently found a couple of carbon fiber sheets for my rc car but it seemes unfinished (has no shine on it). Wanting to find out if I can add more epoxy on top to make it shiny. I have no idea what to do w these other than how to sand the edges down.

You can use something like EC's XCR coating resin, which can be flatted and polished to a gloss finish. Just make sure that your panels are abraded well beforehand

Once coated, cover the panels to reduce the risk of dust particles settling on the resin that can make finishing more time-consuming
