Thoroughly sand the surface with 80 grit sandpaper, then clean with isopropyl alcohol.

For bonding the sheet our ET515 Semi Flexible 15min Professional Epoxy Adhesive is a great adhesive.  It will get a good grip to the surface and provide a good bond strength.

Key the surface and clean it before bonding - although be careful with solvents as some stronger ones, such as acetone, can attack the PMMA sheet surface.

Thanks, what do you mean by "key the surface"?

Hello
I would like to make a sandwich structure using two of your cured Carbon fiber panels 1.5mm thick. In the middle I plan to bond 10mm thick PMMA plastic, what glue do you suggest? Any surface preparation?
Can you also advise if other laser cut plastic are better for this purpose? The structure will be subjected to low loads.

Thanks
