Can use  this filler to repair gelcoat on uni mould system?

Although in theory it will work as a filler, the results will not give you a hidden unseen repair.  The best way to repair damaged gelcoat is with fresh gelcoat. That way once blended in and polished, you should have a seamless repair that matches the original.
