No, without flow media this will not work. Finer cloth usually has lower resin flow propertys than thicker cloth.
The pump will work just fine. If your setup is airtight it doesn't matter how big your pump is. Look that you don't trap too much air when sealing the bag, so the pump doesn't take too long pulling the bag down initially.

Yeh way too big for no flow media. 0.2sqm and it MIGHT work. For a 2sqm infusion you will absolutely need flow media.
