Hi have a problem that I've never seen before

Done my usual of 3 coats easy lease & then 2 gentle coats of wax
Laid down my tooling gel, gone back to it & im welcomed with this, 

Any reasoning or way to rectify?

Havnt done anything any different to normal
Using unimold
