Problem after laying gelcoat

Hi have a problem that I've never seen before

Done my usual of 3 coats easy lease & then 2 gentle coats of wax
Laid down my tooling gel, gone back to it & im welcomed with this, 

Any reasoning or way to rectify?

Havnt done anything any different to normal
Using unimold

Thanks for the picture.

It looks like the gelcoat has reacted with something underneath it.  It is unlikely to be the release agents.  What is the pattern/plug made from and what has it been coated with?  Quite often there can be problems when body filler, rattle can paints or anything solvent based is used on the surface of the plug.  This is because those kinds of products often outgas for some considerable time after initially being dry and the outgassing of the solvents can cause problems with part sticking and also reacting with the gelcoat like in the picture. 

Also be aware that this can also happen if you lay a second coat of gel on too soon before the first layer has cured.
