Depends on the person, and how much deflection  is tolerable, but should do both of those pretty easily in my experience.

Don't seem to be any figures for it.  Have made my own small cored panels but need something larger.
Will it hold a person over a span of 600mm?
Strong and rigid enough to be used as a table top with a span of 700mm?

Be interested to hear any subjective experiences of the cored panel that could help me understand.
