Hi,
New to resin infusion. I am trying to make an aircraft console cover out of fibre glass. It is a hollow U section of about 200mm wide and 450mm high at the deep end. I can simplify the profile but I have to keep the overall dimensions. I don't have an oven so no prepreg and I prefer the dry process of resin infusion over wet layup. One way of doing this is to make the part in 3 sections. But that would leave a visible joint at the top. Post finish is not an option because payload is too precious to be wasted on things like these. Is there any way to produce the part as one?

Cheers.
