Well.. I'm still consider myself new to this and started with just some really small pieces and a buddy got with me and told me if I can figure this infusion thing out he would buy what I make.  I am making cannabis trays for a local dispensary. I can infuse perfectly fine with no leaks at least 95% of the time and I have new stock of materials. Most of my parts were popped using wax and had minimal issues other than it was easy to crack them while popping. That also was my fault for what I was using to pop them and mostly solved.  I have been using a VER gelcoat if that helps with a VER resin. So I switched to PVA and some came out good and pop with ease but some have these wrinkles in them. I don't know if its the gel coating that is doing it or am I trying to conform the edge so much that I am pulling the PVA off the mold. Here is a picture of my problem. This is repairable but I really don't want to have this issue if I can prevent it. I know a lot of people don't use gel coat but I wanted to see if anyone has an answer.

This is the PVA I am using.
