Hi I did a pour a couple of days ago with glass cast 3 on some sealed wood and went over it after 10 minutes with a heat gun to help get rid of the bubbles but I’m guessing some more came up over night and now there in the set resin. Is there anyway of getting rid of them after it’s set or are they there for good now?

Sounds like perhaps slightly more resin needed in the sealing coat to ensure it was fully sealed.

If the bubbles are close to the surface, you can usually sand them out then fill them in.  If there are quite a few, it is generally quicker to fill them in then do another flood coat over the whole project rather than sand level and polish the whole project after the repairs.
