Hi Brian,
From our range PT326 would be the one to go for; it's a rigid 2-part polyurethane structural adhesive with excellent cured mechanical properties. Polyurethanes slightly outperform epoxies for plastic-to-plastic bonding (which composite-to-composite effectively is).
Although we don't have one in our range at the moment (so this is just general advice) the other good plastic-to-plastic adhesive used in composites is methacrylate; we'll be looking at adding in a methacrylate to our range at some point. We would expect similar results to the PT326.
I hope this helps,
All the best, Matt
