We want to make two layers of GC50 onto our mold, but you do not recommend this, as GC50 will NOT bond to itself leading to delamination.!
But it is possible if done before the first layer of gelcoat has completely hardened.
The reason is that we want to
use a colored GC50 sprayed onto the mold via a template, and then spraying a GC50 with another color on the rest of moldbefore final IN2 infusion.

Unfortunately it will not bond properly.  It only bonds to itself when it is totally wet which would not be suitable for your needs as the colours would blend.

Hi Warren, do you know another process/methode/product we can use instead, if we want to have more than one gelcoat color or clear gelcoat. We want to apply it direct by spraying it in mould prepaired with Easy Release agent.
