You state that The GC50 Epoxy Compatible Gelcoat is ready for the application of the epoxy laminate, resin infusion, within 2-3hrs (@25°C) but also remains bondable for up to 24hrs making it easy to achieve optimum bond strength.
Is it possible to make the gelcoat bondable after 48hrs.?
-    If so then how?
If the temperature only is (@15°C), how long time is the gelcoat bondable?

The time depends on factors such as temperature, MEKP used, thickness etc. However, the resin does not suddenly become unbondable.  It degrades over time. In the right circumstances you may well be fine at just over 48 hours.  I would suggest a small test if possible to see how it bonds when you are operating outside the typical design usage.
