Hi everyone! Just  a quick one,

I am trying to make a carbon fibre snare drum with the infusion technic but don´t know which resin would be appropriate.

I know epoxi gives the best mechanical characteristics but... will I really need that strength for a snare drum?

Polyester is significantly cheaper and, for me, the handling easier. Would it be a better choice?
