If the fabric is ok then it is simply a case of removing the damaged clear coat and then respraying it. The hardest part is to do that without touching the fibres, but realistically even if you do take a bit off the fibres it won't stand out cosmetically unless you really chew into them.
You can also try applying a bit of very low viscosity resin to the cracks by dabbing them with a pop-stick, and this may reduce the amount of material you need to remove.
