For a project at the university we need to make a carbon fibre wing. The wing is not bigger dan a metre in lenght. So maybe making it with prepreg carbon.
Is it easiest to make a mold for each side of the wing profile, upper and lower, making these two sides in carbon and after hardening, gluing these together? Then these two moulds could be easily be CNC'd in PU foam.

Or are there other methods used to make wing profiles in carbon ?
