You are better doing fins first as you can hide the overlap under the large main piece of carbon

How can you make seemless joins? Iv been trying on a few pieces now and can never get it right.. could you ex plain the process please Smile

It's virtually impossible to make 'seamless joins' with any type of carbon fibre, including skinning with dry fabric - even when you use ProFinish. Instead, what you will normally need to do is either make a feature of the join (like bringing it together as a 'V' weave) or but the join on the inside or outside of a corner. When you put the join on a corner it's almost impossible to see and if you do notice it, it looks right.

Probably apply carbon in two stages. Stage one, cover all the fins, stage 2 cover the main diffuser part.
