Hello! I am building some Snowboards from the ground. The first snowboard version will be solid carbon fiber all the way through. So I have som questions about your pre preg linked here: https://www.easycomposites.co.uk/prepreg-reinforcements/vari-preg-22-twill-220g.html

1) Will the epoxy in the Prepreg be suitable for Snowboard? Will the epoxy be able to flex without cracking for many cycles and be impact resistant in cold degrees?

2) What is the resin to fabric ratio in your 215 gram pre preg? Or what is the cured m^2 weight including resin?

3) I need som extra pre preg epoxy that I can put at a needed place. Is this possible to order?

4) if the pre preg listed above is not suitable for Snowboard. Do you have an epoxy that is suitable for snowboard together with Carbon fiber?
