Hi ya,
Can you guys please tell me the procedure and the paints I can use for paint carbon fiber car body panels. I have used gel coat on my mold when manufacturing panels.
and any shop I can purchase these paints and necessary accessories will be a greatly helpful.

The process is the same as if you we're to paint a normal panel.
Key the part, clean and degrease. , tack wipe then primer, samd then paint.
I always use 2k clear on my parts for added protection and shine.

I used gel coat for my molds, I guess I have to get rid of gel coat by sanding first. Any suggestions for that. thank you

You don't have to get rid of the gelcoat, you just need to scuff it up with 400-800 grit (refer to your chosen paints TDS for specifics) sandpaper before painting it.

I would 240 samd then primer
, flat the primer with 800 then paint

I'm not totally sure the OP isn't after a clear finish over the carbon... Could have used a clear gelcoat, and now wants to clear over the top of that.
Either way, technique is the same really. Needs to be sanded and cleaned. Primer isn't totally necessary, but not a bad idea if trying to colour match.
