I am thinking about making a spolier to the front bumper of the car, but I have some questions on material use? you have to be flexible, you have to hold the outside temperature of 40 degrees or more in the Sun and not buckling by the temperature, the dimensions of the spolier is long 1300 mm and 200 mm in height but the thickness is 3 mm and should be black. I thought about the px90 or ef80 xencast.
I need your help
 thanks

If you are looking to cast it, then PX90 might be suitable as a casting resin.

EF80 is a laminating resin not casting resin so you could use that with a couple of layers of carbon or other reinforcement to give the shape some stability but still be flexible.
