Some Guidance needed for Pattern / Mould making

Group: Forum Members Posts: 20, Visits: 223	So basically i would like to recreate this item below Its basically a rear seat delete, The design is a copy of the original seats as you can see below. With a few modifications. My question is how do i create a mould from the existing seats, I don't want to sacrifice them by applying a gel coat and then laying on fiberglass with a coupling coat and then trying to release and it fails and tears the leather apart ha ! And i thought i could vacuum bag around them and then make a mould from that but because they are foam cored the shape will distort. Any help will be highly appreciated Joel
