My question is how do i create a mould from the existing seats,
I don't want to sacrifice them by applying a gel coat and then laying on fiberglass with a coupling coat and then trying to release and it fails and tears the leather apart ha !  

And i thought i could vacuum bag around them and then make a mould from that but because they are foam cored the shape will distort.
