Hi,

If I want to use carbon fiber as first layer (no gelcoat), could you recommend a contact spray or something else to fix the carbon, so it would stick to the mould and be in place until infusion, but not so fixed that it´s impossible to move/slide the carbon in right position?

The mould are for a 5 meter long racing kayak, it´s prepaired with 2 times wax, and 6 times Easycomposit release agent.

Best regards
Keld

Yeh use spray adhesive like 3M Super 77 or Aerofix or FusionFix or one of those. Just be VERY sparing with your application, it will affect the finish of your part.
