Just cut it with a sharp knife. The surface ply can be cut with shears, the backing ply can too but it will clog them pretty quickly. Sharp knife is easier.

what about this cutting pre-pregs?

That's just a hot-wire cutter. Cuts that film by melting it. Would make a lovely mess of your pre-pregs. Honestly, pre-preg carbon is super easy to cut, just use a knife. 

As hanaldo says cutting prepreg is easy. Unless you have zeveraly thousand for a vac ply cutting table make some card or metal templates to draw onto the prepreg and cut using a decent stanley knife

Without having something like a CNC cutter when I want really accurate cutting of shapes I make an accurate template from 2mm aluminium sheet and then just cut around it on a bench with a good knife like an Olfa snap cutter.

ok guys you saw video from easycomposites guy that work for serious places say that this mold maximum hold up to 5 pieces and then deformates or start to fall out as molding materials not right.

what you using for pre pregs molds?

Nothing wrong with the Unimould system provided it's used within its capacities. I don't use Unimould as I'm not in Europe, but I use a similar vinyl ester RTS and have got some moulds going strong after 30-40 pulls. Still as good as the day I pulled them off the plug. 

The Uni-Mould system is very good for out of autoclave pre-preg work as long as you keep to the limits of the system.  We have Uni-Mould moulds for various pieces that literally have had over a hundred pulls off them with only an occasional polish needed to maintain surface gloss.
