I'll try to make some cloth ... I made something that looks a bit like the stuff in the first picture by accident .. got a lot of loose cut off CF fibers messed up with some Cytec spray fix .. and it looked a lot like the images you have shown ..  You could try to experiment with some spray fix or even base-coat cured to a tack, then "mess up" the fibres on the surface and use peel-ply to keep it flattened down .. then coat on top??

We have been thinking about how to replicate at least the "look" of the fabric.  We thought that making a 2 part closed mould or wet laid/vacuum bagged and a paste with the cut carbon wouldn't necessarily give the desired cosmetic effect, it would likely be too "black". So we think another approach would be to lay up some resin in the mould as a thin gelcoat to the tacky but firm stage and apply a layer of the chopped fibres that way, then layup from there.  You could skip the gelcoat and use hair spray or a spray tack to stabilise the fibres on the mould surface and see how that pans out. 

Could certainly give a different "look" to the parts if you can find the right balance to give the right cosmetic effect.

It is available as a premade cloth, it's called Hexmc. The method is called forged composites, and it is a pre-preg material that is used in compression moulding. Very high pressures and very high heat. 

It's not a "cloth" that you can buy ... You may be able to make something that looks like it by cutting up CF tow or loosely woven cloth then just scrunching it up and using this as the top layer in a mould.

I've done that for knife handle material .. mixed with other fibres to give it some colour streaks ..I may be able to find a picture somewhere ..

so reply where i can get this cloth how i can make overlays or infusion parts this pattern?

It's called forged carbon and is made in an enclosed mould similar to what would be used in the plastics industry to make fishing reels etc.
